With the changes in regulations related to crowdfunding, InvestReady wanted to adapt their current investor accreditation platform to support Title III investment. These changes would allow average individual to invest in startup companies.

The Solution
Eepos designed and developed modifications to the existing InvestReady Title II web platform to allow individuals to become accredited Title III investors. Individual can sign up and verify their eligibility to be an investor by income or assets. Using the platform, users could undergo their required Title III educational training and discover investment opportunities.
Project included, complete site redesign and development, addition of Title III approval flow, investment portal authorization, discover investment opportunities, and full admin panel.
